PATH Market @ VivoCity

LET'S PUT OUR HANDS TOGETHER FOR MORCHOO AND TITOY
AS THEY MAKE THEIR
DEBUT APPEARANCE @
VIVOCITY!!

Despite having to work this weekend, it was one that's filled with fun and laughter =)

The PATH Market is an arts and crafts fair held at VivoCity during the first weekend and last weekend of every month. This fair serves as a platform for social entrepreneurs to introduce their products into the market.

This weekend, GardenAsia and the students of Riverside Secondary School are proud to be a part of this event.

Let's have a look at our PATH Market booth...

So, what do we have for sale at our booth?

We have our Flower of Hope =)
This handmade flower is a product of GAKids' social enterprise efforts.
Going at only $1, these flowers have a deeper meaning hidden far beyond its simple outlook.
These flowers were handmade by people in the cottage industry.
By engaging the local cottage industry, we are able to provide employment opportunities for ex-mental patients at the Simei Care Centre and contribute to the Pupil Needy Fund of Riverside Secondary School

Let's see... what else do we have for sale?

Our very first "Magic Pot"!!
For all aspiring gardeners, if you have no idea where to start, start here! Everything you need to get started can be found in this pot of ours.

Our Magic Pot includes:
  • a tin pot
  • pack of pre-mixed soil
  • packet of parsley seeds
  • a measuring stick (for keeping check on the progress of your plant)
  • instructions on how to grow a parsley plant
  • "Parsley Garlic Bread" recipe card
AND on top of ALL that... the magic pot also comes with:
  • a pair of limited edition Morchoo + Titoy stuff animal
Besides our Flower of Hope and Magic Pot, we also sold handmade Christmas mistletoes at the PATH Market. These were also made by the people at the Simei Care Centre.

Enough about our products... let's have a look at how our weekend went =)
